For those who may be interested, here's a couple photos of my crossover network enclosures. They are constructed of polycarbonate. As you can see the inductor has it's own chamber with close to an inch of air on all sides. It is supported by a machined polycarbonate shaft down the middle per Alpha-Core's recommendation. The caps are nested in bubble wrap inside the black box.

I used Cardas binding posts and litz wire for connecting. The results have been excellent.
